Terms of Employment
Our policy of permanent employment and continued investment in training has helped us achieve an excellent health and safety record and we have won the Considerate Constructers Award. All of our sites are regularly visited by independent inspectors from Construction Safety Services. We are also CHAS accredited. All of our site supervisors must undertake Construction-skills’ Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) and all employees must have CSCS cards relevant to their role.
